I HAVE 2 LAN's
LAN A:192.168.2.1 that is my WIFI network@1gigabit
LAN B:192.168.3.1 connected directly to my PC  @10gigabit

I am able to ping both subnets.
I'm having issues routing...

if I run say MSI afterburner remote server on IP 192.168.3.7(PC) and use my cell phone on 192.168.2.7 i am unable to connect. if i would be on the same subnet I would be able too but obviously i cant connect my cell phone on the 10gb network as it is a hardwired connection and a 10gb router would be $$$

any guidance would be appreciated I looked everywhere on the internet and am having no luck I must be doing something wrong.

Ping from where to where? What is the mask for each subnet? It looks like you have 192.168.1.0/24 and 192.168.2.0/24.

Is OPNsense the default gateway for both subnets? If not, can you try a temporary route on both ends?

Do you have a firewall rule that allows the necessary protocols? Do you have a security policy to restrict traffic between the subnets or is OPNsense just a convenient router? If there is no security requirement, is there a reason to use a router instead of a switch?

If you can, create a design that takes you from the scope and requirements of your use case to a drawing and instructions on how to implement your solution. It often helps to take a step back.
