Hi, I have a Qotom mini PC and it's the business. I installed OPNsense but I am having issues with getting my ports to work optimally. I would like to have one port for my PC and then another for the AP and possibly another in the future maybe for a network drive but for some reason, I am only able to get data out of one port. I can only get either my comp or the AP working, but not both at the same time. I am new to this and I'm sure that I'm not doing something right in the config. Any help will be greatly apprecimiated!
Do you need firewall rules between your PC and your AP? Unlike a consumer router, OPNsense assumes that your Qotom ports represent different areas of your network.
If you just need extra Qotom ports on a single LAN, you can bridge multiple interfaces in OPNsense. It may be much easier and give you more ports if you add an external physical access switch and plug all your devices into that. Unmanaged switches are very cheap but won't let you partition your LAN into VLAN's. Managed switches are more future proof and offer diagnostics and control for not much more money.

Thanks, that's just what I needed to know, I just need extra ports on the same LAN, sorry for the noobicity.
