Title: Confirmation dialog before plugin install or removal?

Can we get a confirmation dialog when clicking on install or removal for the plugins?

It can sometimes be a bit hairy to make sure you're clicking on the right row.

Also, is there a preferred method for submitting feature requests than making posts like this?  I looked but didn't see anything that jumped out at me.
