Title: No option to add manual neighbor in OSPF via Wireguard

Is there a way to add manual OSPF neighbors for non broadcast (NBMA) OSPF? The page in the GUI is missing, but when looking at pfSense documentation there's a page specifically to add neighbors manually.

I'm also wondering this, running OSPF over WireGuard for failover (IMO preferable to a Gateway Group).

Currently I can set the neighbor at the other end which isn't OPNsense and they'll find each other anyway but it's blocking full migration to OPNsense.

This option was added in the os-frr plugin version 1.45.
