I have multiple VLANs on one physical interface. In Netflow I have all interfaces selected, both the physical and the VLANs.
When I select the physical interface I see all of the traffic. But when I select one of the two VLANs things get weird.
1. The first VLAN shows no data even though I see the data on the parent interface selection.
2. The second VLAN shows the data of the first VLAN.
Any ideas why or how to fix it?

This appears to be working correctly now. Not sure what fixed it. I did update to the latest version but I didn't check Insight before doing so.
