Hello

could anyone explain the goal of setting WAN connection on a bridge.

As I can remember it was impossible to connect to ISP without a bridge on WAN port on PFsense.

Does it make any sense of using a bridge together with VLAN on WAN port?

Maybe simply nobody has the slightest clue what you want to achieve, what you tried and what didn't work for you? ;-)
