I have opnsense on my public ip with two domain names.
next.myip.com
cloud.myip.com
Is it possible to forward 80/443 to different IPs in my private lan?

Yes, with a web proxy that understands SNI for HTTPS. The HAproxy plugin for example fits the bill.
