Print Page - Policy not working?

Title: Policy not working?

I have several policies. eg. policy by severity is working ok.
When I make policy by classtype, it is not applied to any rules. (there are hundreds rules to match screenshot).

Goal of policy is disable alerts for classtype policy-violation, because I don't care about those at all.

What am I doing wrong?
