Is there any update on progress of netmap PPPoE support for Sensei and/or Suricata.

Or what the solution might look like.

Hi @bunchofbreeds, we're on it. We've only recently had access to a piece of testing equipment with PPPoE WAN connection.

Expect some news in the coming month or so.

Any updates here? I have a new OPNsense install (and Zenarmor was one of the major reasons I chose OPNsense) and just ran into this product gap during initial config. :-\

Seems to work on zenarmor but not sure about suricata, or I can select the interface in the options.
