Is there a good tutorial with best settings for installing OPNSense on Proxmox ?

There is nothing special about running it on proxmox. I'm running a number of opnSense VMs under proxmox.

What kind of special issues do you expect when running under proxmox?

As mentioned previously, there should be no problems specific to OPNsense/Proxmox but how about an internet search and some of these threads: https://www.startpage.com/do/dsearch?query=%22how+to%22+opnsense+proxmox&cat=web&pl=opensearch&language=english - if you have a specific problem then search for that.
