Title: How to block specyfic url's in period of time in day

How can I block for specyfic Lan IP's few webpages for period time. For ex: 192.168.0.100 can't access to youtobe between 9:00 to 2 pm everyday Schedules settings require choise days/months etc. I'd like to create parenting control ;)
