Title: fresh install of ntopng won't let me log in after changing password
Post by: unknow88 on September 14, 2020, 03:41:34 PM
Hi there,

For some reason when installing ntopng from the plugins page it won't let me log into the web gui after logging out of the gui.
I tried reinstalling the package after uninstalling ntopng and redis but no luck.
I even reinstalled opnsense completely but issue persists.
Am i doing something wrong?

Hi,

Have you tried to stop the service from Status >> Services? Then you could set password once again. Or reset the password to the default.
