Title: Firewall logs makes it look like multiple WAN IPs are linked to my connection
Post by: oizo123 on September 04, 2020, 10:25:50 AM
Hi!

When I check the firewall logs I notice that incoming on WAN shows my own external IP ending in "114.15" but as you can see in the attached image it also shows a lot of other IP addresses that don't belong to me as far as I know... How should interpret this information? It has been a while since I checked the logs as the setup has just been left alone.

I read a lot about PF and the meaning of IN/OUT on each interface when I set it up but I may have forgotten some things..

I appreciate any input I can get!

Regards,

Oizo

Okay, so I rebooted everything (fibre and router/fw) and now those weird entries are gone
