Installed the ntopng and redis from plugins both are running but unable to access the webpage using http://<IP>:3000. Reinstalled the several times but still same issue.
root@opnsense:~ # service redis status
redis is running as pid 52830.
root@opnsense:~ # service ntopng status
ntopng is running as pid 86522.
root@opnsense:~ # sockstat | grep -i ntopng
ntopng ntopng 86522 1 udp4 192.168.2.1:62447 *:*
ntopng ntopng 86522 3 udp4 *:* *:*
ntopng ntopng 86522 6 tcp4 127.0.0.1:45887 127.0.0.1:6379
ntopng ntopng 86522 7 tcp4 127.0.0.1:26751 127.0.0.1:6379
ntopng ntopng 86522 8 udp4 *:* *:*
ntopng ntopng 86522 9 udp4 *:* *:*
ntopng ntopng 86522 11 tcp4 *:3000 *:*
ntopng ntopng 86522 12 dgram -> /var/run/logpriv
any idea, appreciate the help.

Firewall Block?

it was firewall but there was no block rule. i just added custom gateway on my LAN Firewall
which cause the problem, I remove it and then I able to reach it ntopng web interface.

Post your LAN firewall settings. Please make sure not using custom gateway.

Try to remove GW_LAN and make it all (*) under gateway.
