1 - If you access opnsense via console and reboot opnsense at boot time most services are disabled (suricata, dnscrypt...etc). You have to log in via web and restart opnsense to get it activated, except syslog-ng which you have to try several times to get it activated until it does.
2 - The firewall seems to only block ipv6 on the lan:

Why do you sum all problems in one post again? There is no benefit. As I said in other post, your endpoint misses a public key, you have to enter the correct one. WireGuard itself doesnt offer Logging, this is not OPNsense fault
