Print Page - Cannot access download page

Hello!

I want to download some proxmox templates but get this error "Connecting to download.proxmox.com (download.proxmox.com)|212.224.123.70|:80... failed: Connection timed out"
and I cannot figure out where is the blockage, do you guys have any clues?
