Title: Web filtering By Policy

Is it possible to configure web filtering by specific policies, for example, that the network 192.168.20/24 applies some categories (social networks, vpns) but for the network 192.168.10.0/24 there are no restrictions.

Isnt this possible with the User IP ACL Plugin?
