It would be nice to have a speed test plugin?

Iperf plugin? Or via Console: pkg install speedtest-cli

The only interessting speed is the through-put, the speed that is put through the firewall.  :)

So best to test from a client on lan side with a server on wan side.

E.g. https://www.nperf.com (https://www.nperf.com)

The only moment I care about the speed to my firewall are firmware upgrades but with 10g uplink, the bottle neck is most of the time on the wan side  8)

The speedtest-cli package is available for FreeBSD.  It would be nice to have it available as a plugin, even if only available through the command line.

It didn't work....

root@OPNsense:~ # pkg install speedtest-cli

Try search instead of install to find the correct spelling
