Sag mal bitte mehr zur Konfig. Evtl. hat er einfach viel zu tun?

Ich meinte auch eher, wofür nimmst du den ClamAV überall her.
Proxy, Mail?

Was scannt er und was sagen die Logs?

keine außergewöhnliche logs,es scheint alles in Ordnung zu sein. Mittlerweile hat sich auch prozessor beruhigt
