Title: Gateway Group not functioning after update

All,

Since the OPNsense 19.7.4_1-amd64 release upgrade, the gateway group functionality has stopped working on my deployment.  The OpenVPN client connections each individually work for funneling traffic over the VPN but when assigning Tier 1-3 and attempting to use the gateway no traffic traverses the gateway and uses the default rule sets.

Prior to this release the gateway group was working.

19.1 stable it was functional and 19.1.4 it was working as well.  Once 19.7 upgrade and reboot came then it went to pot.

I always thought local connections (like OpenVPN Client) doesnt work with tiering. Sure it worked with 19.1?
