Title: Limted to 987MB of RAM
Post by: gradlon on June 06, 2019, 08:52:45 PM
Hi,

I have an issue to which i don't seem to find an answer.

I have OpnSense Setup on my Proxmox Cluster.
The VM has about 3GB of RAM but on the Dashboard i can see that OpnSense sees only 987MB of it.
I can't seem to find out what i have todo in order from OpnSense to see the rest of the Memory.
Can anybody help?

Infos:
OPNsense 19.1.7-amd64
FreeBSD 11.2-RELEASE-p9-HBSD
OpenSSL 1.0.2r 26 Feb 2019
Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E3-1245 V2 @ 3.40GHz (2 cores)
Memory usage: ( 364/987 MB )

Host System: Proxmox 5.4

Does anyone have an idea what I can do?

Kind regards
Gradlon

For anyone having the same problem!

Just Disable the Hotplug feature in Proxmox!

Like Dynamic Memory in Hyper-V?
That makes sense :-)
