Title: Howto Route to VOIP LAN?
Post by: oneict on November 20, 2018, 10:35:33 AM
Dear,

I'm trying to implement a route from LAN (192.168.1.x) to a VOIP LAN (10.0.10.x) via the non default router (192.168.1.129).
A ping from within LAN to a phone in VOIP LAN works but loading the webinterface of a phone in the VOIP LAN results in a page not found/connection error.

Tracing route to 10.0.10.155 over a maximum of 30 hops

  1     1 ms     1 ms     1 ms  OPNsense.localdomain [192.168.1.253]
  2     2 ms     2 ms     2 ms  192.168.1.129
  3     1 ms     1 ms     1 ms  10.0.10.155

What am I missing?

Kind regards,
Johnny

I would start with checking the firewall log while trying to connect to a web interface to see if it's being blocked, you may have to create a rule to allow http/https traffic from one network to the other.

- Check Firewall logs
- Packet Capture on VoIP interface if you see packets from LAN
