My issue is that 23.7.9 is obviously not the most recent version but my OpnSense seems not to update anymore.
Also I have packages which have conflicts (they need 23.7.12):
os-acme-client (missing) 3.20 727KiB 3 OPNsense ACME Client
os-bind (missing) 1.29 155KiB 3 OPNsense BIND domain name service
os-realtek-re (missing) 1.0 361B 3 OPNsense Realtek re(4) vendor driver
os-theme-cicada (missing) 1.34_4 5.26MiB 3 OPNsense The cicada theme - dark grey onyx
os-theme-rebellion (missing) 1.8.9 5.22MiB 3 OPNsense A suitably dark theme
os-wireguard (missing) 2.6 84.6KiB 3 OPNsense WireGuard VPN service kernel implementation
When trying to install one of these plugins I got the following message:
***GOT REQUEST TO INSTALL***
Currently running OPNsense 23.7.9 at Thu Jan 25 11:23:03 CET 2024
Installation out of date. The update to opnsense-23.7.12 is required.
***DONE***
So the plugins needs a more up2date version which cannot be installed because my OpnSense thinks it is the most recent version.
Anyone who has an idea how that issue can be solved without reinstalling?
By the way I have a community edition. Sorry if I post it here in the productive channel but I did not found a dedicated community edition thread.

Health audit please, something is wrong in the package database (like core package forgot it's installed).
Cheers,

Not bad :)
Though here the health audit is fine otherwise so I think a simple solution will do:
# pkg install opnsense
Cheers,
Franco

fine! :-) Although I can't detect a difference to the health ceck in the linked thread. But I'm tired... ;-)

pkg install did it, thank you very much Franco!

Well it appears opnsense-bootstrap was a little too much on the other thread as well. We all learn something I guess :)
