cannot find the icap configuration in proxy admin page

Maybe i have problems with my eyes, but i cannot find the settings for icap as mentioned in https://docs.opnsense.org/manual/how-tos/proxyicapantivirus.html:

"To configure ICAP go to Services ‣ Proxy ‣ Administration and select ICAP Settings for the Forward Proxy tab".I have only Services->WebProxy -> Administration -> Forward Proxy without ICAP Settings. What am i missing? icap & clamav are installed and running.
