how to setup for Monthly Data consumption

Hell Team,
I'm new to OPNSENSE , I would like to know if I can use opnsense to manage monthly internet usage for client.

I am looking a system to use allocate monthly data e.g 10 for each clients,and once the data is finished the internet is disconnect.

I will be grateful if you could assist me.
