Limit DHCP Leases per MAC Address / Time Period

Is there a way to limit DHCP ip leases per mac address (and time period)?
We had a device running mad requesting all new leases it could get.

That is a general DHCP thing. Have you looked it up that it is in fact possible? (I've never heard about it)
