How to keep changes to lighty-webConfigurator.conf after reboot?
« on: November 27, 2017, 12:18:53 pm »
Hi.
I installed lightsquid to manage squid reports.
I prefered Sarg but I failed in making it work with OPNSense.
Anyway Lightsquid works and wanted to setup a system credential to login to reports.
I succeded inserting few rows of code in file "lighty-webConfigurator.conf" but when system reboot all changes are not there anymore.

Is there a way to keep my changes after reboot?

Thanks a lot.

Edit /usr/local/etc/inc/plugins.inc.d/webgui.inc to make your changes persist after reboot. Note this will not persist a firmware update.

Cheers,
