NAT rules edit not possible after update to 19.1.3

Hi,

I've updated from 19.1.2 to 19.1.3

Now I can't edit my manual outbound NAT rules any longer (even if I just edit the description). It's also not possible to create new rules. The following error message apears every times:

The following input errors were detected:
    The field Source bit count is required.
    The field Destination bit count is required.

But all existing rules works well.

After revert to version 19.1.2 the problem doesn't happen any longer and I can edit my NAT rules.

Any ideas?
