How Do I Download 19.1.7 directly to burn onto a USB?

The current mirrors only show 19.1.4. Where can I get 19.1.7 link? I am having an unresolved issue with 19.1.4 hanging on "Booting..." right after the .../ng_vlan... item.

There are no 19.1.7 images. They wouldn't solve your 19.1.4 issue anyway. Check the forum for boot display issues.
