Newbie help getting OPNSense running on a VM

I have a new OPNSense installation running in Virtualbox on a Windows 10 machine (called Delta)

Windows Firewall is disabled on Delta

In Virtualbox, NIC 1 is set for WAN / Bridged Adapter and is on my local network.

NIC 2 is set for Bridged as well.

Ping works fine from inside OPNSense.

My PC, Alpha, on the network can ping 172.16.1.1 (static IP address of the Windows 10 machine)

I cannot access the GUI at 172.16.1.1

I am getting a DHCP from OpnSense.
