Multi-WAN works, but with poor performance

I have the same problem as mentioned in https://forum.opnsense.org/index.php?topic=7860.0

as well as

https://github.com/opnsense/core/issues/2376

opnsense 19.1.6

configured multi-wan according to documentation

It works perfect, when disabling Gateway 1 or Gateway 2 (unplug from switch) or when disabling sticky connections.

Please let me know which logs you need to analyze the problem.
