18.1.7 kernel panic when 1 wan goes down in multi-wan gateway
« on: May 07, 2018, 10:53:13 am »
Hello!

I have a OPNsense installation on a APU (https://www.apu-board.de/produkte/apu2c4.html).
A DSL connection (Tier 1) and a LTE connection (Tier 2) is used in a gateway group.
Whenever I shut down or unplug the DSL modem the firewall crashes with a kernel panic instead of switching to the LTE connection.
Once the firewall reboots it can use the LTE connection just fine.

How can i debug this? What info do you need from me?

Thank you!

I am bumping this, because I think this is a bug in the software and not on my end.

Please let me know which information I have to provide in order to debug this.

Thank you!
