can't access port forward service from LAN

I made a port forward of a internal web server, it can be reached outside the world,but just can't within LAN.
After doing a research,I make the port forwarding with "PURE NAT"mode, and NAT reflection is on, but the same problem.

Why don't you implement split DNS?
